Joy has a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor.  She works with individuals to empower and guide them toward healthy choices through a variety of modalities including trauma focused, solution focused, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.  Joy's background includes working with a variety of issues including life changes and stressors, trauma, anxiety, and depression.  Her approach is gentle yet straightforward with a focus on empowering individuals to utilize their strengths and target any areas of improvement they may want to address.
